Zenith: Post Purchase Survey displays a survey on your Shopify order confirmation (Thank you) page and provides a merchant dashboard for viewing, analysing, and exporting customer responses. A store has one survey, holding up to 50 questions, shown one at a time. Questions can be of 6 types (Multiple choice, Multi-select, Rating scale, Star rating, Faces, Free text), with NPS, CSAT and CES available as presets on the rating scale, and support optional conditional follow-ups and audience targeting. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app as-is for your Shopify store. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app or its components.
The app offers a Free plan and a paid Growth plan. Both plans include every feature; they differ only in how many surveyed orders they permit each month. All plan selection, billing, and cancellation are handled through Shopify. We do not process or store your payment details.
You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the app's listing in your Shopify admin. Cancellation stops future charges. All billing, including any refunds, is handled by Shopify and subject to Shopify's billing policies.
We may change our pricing or plan limits in the future. Any change will be posted here and on our app listing, and existing subscribers will be notified through Shopify before a changed charge takes effect.
You are responsible for the content of the survey questions you publish to your customers. You agree not to use the app to collect sensitive personal information, to display unlawful, deceptive, or harassing content, or to attempt to interfere with, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the app complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including any obligations to inform your customers about the data collected through the survey. For survey responses collected through the app, you act as the data controller and we act as a processor on your behalf.
We aim to keep the app available and working correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, or affected by outages of third-party services we rely on, including Shopify and our hosting provider.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if we determine that you are abusing the service or violating Shopify's Partner Program policies or Terms of Service. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. Uninstalling ends any active subscription through Shopify and results in the deletion of your stored data as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost revenue or data loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
